Solarized? I like to watch what the filters do to my photos. It's like a skin peels off and a whole new world emerges!
No filters, in this case just Publisher.Take a pic, increase the contrast, take a screen dump of it, use the transparency tool to make a colour see-through and then place it on top of the original or another pic to create layers. Nothing more sophisticated than that. You do get some interesting results, though.
